PHYLIS RABERA MANYURA

PRESIDENT

She is the internationals third president and CEO. In her career spanning nearly 10 years, she has dedicated her life to making a meaningful impact on the lives of women, girls and children in need.

With passion for positive change and a heart attuned to global concerns, Phylis has lived and worked in some of the world’s most challenging places, including Dubai, Kenya and USA. Her firsthand experiences in these diverse and complex environments have positioned her as a catalyst for social change.

When she took over the leadership of the foundation in 2022 after the covid he first expanded the organization Network to the United States and other parts of the world enabling the foundation to reach out to more people and making it more stronger.

NELSON BITA ODHIAMBO

VICE PRESIDENT

He is the story of this of the foundation having been the founder and benefited directly from its very first day. With passion and enthusiasm Nelson has seen this organization grow from a village group to an internation cooperation that has now become the fountain of hope.

Apart from serving the community and the foundation of hope. He Hold Higher national diploma in Aviation and has served some of the biggest airlines in the world including Kenya airways the national carrier of Kenya, Emirates Ailine in the Middle East Dubai and Currently working with Delta Airlines. Apart from that he has worked tirelessly to see the growth of our foundation to Global entity saving lives in Kenya, Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman respectively.

As he brought out the idea from childhood, he developed it further to a national figure and when he moved to Dubai in 2007, he was touched by the living stands of the young girls and single mothers moving to the middle east in search of jobs. He initiated the support of bringing back some of those girls who were stranded in the middle east for some reasons or the other and since them our work of reuniting these families has not stopped and it has spread to most gulf countries like Qatar Saudi Arabia and Orman just to mention but just a few.

BRENDA AMUNGA

MIDLE EAST COODINATOR

Fountain of Hope Foundation representative and project coordinator. Brenda is an administrator who has served in different levels in human resources. She is the mother of our Rescue me project that brings home hundreds of ladies who have been stuck and being mistreated in the Middle East.She has been in the heart of of all the frustration intimidation that many of these girls are going through and that's why she joined hand in our organization to save life's. Her efforts has not just Rescued the ladies but has brought hope and life to many families. These families who are left behind by their daughters and mothers to go look for food and better living but end up in misery on how or when would they returned. Apart from Rescue mission she is a mentor and and professional counselor.

EVA REBECCA

DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER

Elva Ondiek is the founder and Director of Armstrong Women Empowerment Centre, based in Rabuor, Kenya. She is the first female founder of an empowerment center for women in her village, with the aim of supporting skills and talent that can create income-generating activities and reduce the high poverty levels. Elva has a wealth of experience in the non-profit world having worked in organizations such as the Victoria Institute for Research and Environmental Development, Impact Research and Development and Care Kenya.

She holds a Certificate in Psychological Counseling from the Kenya Institute of Professional Counseling in Kisumu.

Elva currently serves as an executive board member in the disciplinary committee at Alendu Secondary School. She is also a member of YALI Network Kisumu and Entrepreneurs Spot Programs. Her hobbies are building networks, cooking, reading motivational books, giving speeches, promoting solar products and encourage the local community on the importance of savings.
